Our Church

Mt. Pleasant Community Church is an independent, nondenominational church located at the corner of Hoover Hill Road and Cashatt Drive in Trinity, Randolph County, North Carolina.

We have been serving the Hillsville, Archdale-Trinity, and surrounding areas since our founding in 1881.

Our Pastor

Rev. Brent C. Tysinger has been the Pastor of Mt. Pleasant Community Church since December 2006. During his tenure, the Church has seen renewed growth and community outreach. A Randolph County native, Pastor Brent received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor of Theology from John Wesley College, and his Masters in Divinity from Carolina Evangelical Divinity School. He resides in Asheboro with his wife, Julie, and sons, Aiden and Liam.
